Return Policy

At Moaden, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your dress must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it
  • The item must be unworn and unused, with original tags attached
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Process

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return address and any required details. Customers are responsible for ensuring the returned item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned dresses.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive an item that is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during transit
  • Incorrect or different from what you ordered

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

Additional exclusions, if any, will be clearly noted on the product page at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different size or style, please return the original item following our return process. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

To qualify for an EU return:

  • The item must be in its original condition
  • The item must be unworn and unused, with tags attached
  • The item must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
